Local Collaboration: Patient Referral Services with different Government and Private Hospitals- since 1998, the CARA Satellite Clinic, has forged a meaningful alliance with many Local Government & non –government Hospitals. This collaboration commenced with the establishment of Primary Health Care for the pregnant mother, Neonatal, and infant, benefiting the underprivileged surrounding community. A noteworthy achievement was the administration of no fewer than 25,000 individuals, all free of charge. Subsequently, this partnership expanded its scope to include the provision of patient referrals to advanced healthcare facilities. For patients at the CARA Satellite Clinic requiring quality medical care or advanced diagnostic procedures beyond the clinic’s capabilities, seamless referrals to the Hospital are facilitated, either through the National Health Insurance system or private means. This collaboration, as it integrates patient referrals seamlessly into the Primary Health System.
